1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the UVIZI Autograph Verification website, services, or submitting images for AI-powered autograph analysis (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

UVIZI reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Services

UVIZI provides the following Services:

  • A platform for uploading images of autographs
  • AI-powered autograph analysis
  • Instant generation and delivery of digital autograph reports
  • Permanent storage of reports in the user’s account (“Report Archive”)
  • A subscription or credit-based system allowing monthly submission credits
  • Secure payment processing via third-party processors (e.g., Stripe)

UVIZI does not provide legal authentication, appraisals, or guaranteed provenance. UVIZI’s reports are opinion-based analytical outputs generated by machine-learning algorithms and should not be considered definitive proof of authenticity.

3. User Accounts and Membership

To access certain features, users must:

  • Create an account
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information
  • Maintain the security of login credentials
  • Agree not to share account access with third parties

UVIZI may refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel memberships at its sole discretion.

4. Payment, Credits, and Subscriptions

Users may purchase:

  • Monthly or recurring subscription plans
  • Submission credits
  • Additional paid features as offered

Billing and payment information is handled securely by third-party processors. By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan.

Failure to pay may result in:

  • Suspension of Services
  • Loss of accumulated credits
  • Termination of membership

All payments are final unless otherwise stated in an official Refund Policy.

5. User-Submitted Content

Users may upload images solely for the purpose of autograph analysis.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the image OR have permission to use it
  • The image contains only collectible autograph content
  • The image does not violate any applicable law or these Terms

You grant UVIZI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Store uploaded images
  • Process them using AI systems
  • Generate derivative analysis reports
  • Retain them in your account in perpetuity
  • Use anonymized versions to improve AI accuracy

UVIZI does not publicly display user-submitted content unless expressly permitted.

6. Zero-Tolerance Content Policy (Strict Enforcement)

UVIZI enforces a zero-tolerance policy for any uploaded content containing:

  • Nudity
  • Sexual content of any kind
  • Violent or graphic imagery
  • Depictions of abuse, exploitation, or harm
  • Illegal content of any kind
  • Non-autograph collectible content that is offensive, obscene, or outside the intended purpose of the platform

Any user who uploads such content will, on the first offense:

  1. Have their membership permanently terminated
  2. Be immediately blacklisted from all future use of UVIZI
  3. Have their IP, account details, and uploaded content reported to Federal Authorities, including but not limited to:
    • National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
    • Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
    • Applicable cybercrime or abuse-reporting agencies

UVIZI reserves the right to take additional civil or criminal action as necessary.

There is no appeal process for violations of this policy.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Upload images that violate the Zero-Tolerance Content Policy
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse UVIZI algorithms
  • Circumvent membership fees or submission limits
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the platform
  • Interfere with the website or compromise security
  • Reproduce, distribute, or resell UVIZI-generated reports
  • Misrepresent UVIZI as a formal authentication authority

Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

8. AI Analysis Disclaimer

UVIZI uses advanced machine-learning and pattern-recognition systems to analyze autograph images.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated reports are opinions, not certainties
  • UVIZI does not guarantee accuracy, authenticity, provenance, or valuation
  • Reports should not be relied upon as the sole determinant for financial or legal decisions
  • UVIZI is not responsible for any losses arising from use or misuse of analysis results

Use of UVIZI Reports is at the user’s own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, trademarks, and reports generated by UVIZI are the exclusive property of UVIZI and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded images but grant UVIZI permission as outlined in Section 5.

10. Termination

UVIZI may terminate or suspend any account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

  • Illegal or prohibited uploads
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Abuse of the platform
  • Non-payment
  • Fraudulent activity

Upon termination:

  • User access is revoked
  • Credits, subscriptions, and stored content may be deleted
  • No refunds will be issued
  • Reports and data may be retained for legal, security, or operational purposes

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UVIZI is not liable for:

  • Errors in AI-generated reports
  • Loss or corruption of data
  • User misuse of reports
  • Unauthorized access to accounts
  • Financial loss, appraisal disputes, or marketplace decisions
  • Service interruptions
  • Third-party system failures
  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

User’s sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service.

12. Warranties Disclaimer

UVIZI provides its Services “as-is” and “as-available” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied.

UVIZI does not warrant that:

  • The AI is error-free
  • The Service will be uninterrupted
  • Reports will be accurate
  • User data will never be lost
  • Any collectible is authentic, valuable, or genuine

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of:

The State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes must be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

14. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UVIZI and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Improper or illegal uploads
  • Misuse of UVIZI Reports
  • Infringement of third-party rights
  • Actions taken to enforce the Zero-Tolerance Content Policy
